Small steps for a big change

Lochcarron Regeneration is a community-led group working to improve shared public spaces in and around Lochcarron. Our focus is on practical, achievable projects that make a real difference to daily village life — for children, young people, families, older residents and visitors alike.

Our first priority is the regeneration of the playparks and the adjoining carpark area beside the shinty field. These spaces are heavily used but no longer meet the needs of a growing and active community. By working together, we aim to create safer, more inclusive and more enjoyable places for everyone.

This project is being developed in partnership with local organisations, Highland Council officers and community bodies, with community engagement and transparency at its core.
